| The Bryan Trophy and Markel Award
This feature event of the Deep Run Horse Show has been contested since 1962. The Trophy is named in homor of Mr. and Mrs. Lamont Bryan who designated the two part horsemanship test for junior competitors. The winner’s name is engraved on the perpetual trophy. Eight ribbons are presented.
