We hope this letter finds you and your family healthy and well. We are excited to take this opportunity to encourage you to be a sponsor of our Heritage competition as we count on your great generosity to help us continue to offer this high-quality show for which Deep Run is known and celebrated. Heading into 2024 we are pleased to announce that we have once again been chosen to be a World Championship Hunter Rider (WCHR) event and will also be USEF National rated.  

We are also excited to announce that the Deep Run Hunt Horse Show Association is now a 501(c)3 organization and your contribution to the horse show is tax deductible. This non-profit status will help us even more as we look to improve our grounds over the next few years. 

  This year, we have updated our sponsorship opportunities and have even more ways that you can support the show. We have added several different giving levels and opportunities so that our sponsorship offerings meet the needs of more families. We are excited to offer sponsorships for ‘Best Turned Out’, trip of the day in both rings, grooms awards, hospitality, or you may create your own award with us. We hope this gives families the opportunity to have their name associated with the show. 

We will again offer a $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby, presented by Markel. This class will be held Friday evening. We are pleased to also offer a $2,000 Deep Run Child/Adult Derby Sponsored by the Children’s Hospital Foundation for those jumping 2’6” and 2’9” in the Grandstand Ring. We extend our sincere thanks to Markel and CHF for sponsoring these derbies again in 2024.

Our judges will be Mike Rosser and Steve Wall and Michael Pegg will be joining us as Course Designer. The complete schedule of each day’s classes can be found on our website www.deeprunhorseshow.com.

When you are a sponsor, your name will be listed in the prize list, on all show signage and announced throughout the show. We encourage you to return your commitment form prior to March 15 so you can be featured in our prize list.
