Entry Fees:
$60 per division; $30 per class;
$60 Short Stirrup Equitation Division or $15 per class
$40 CHSA Equitation Finals per class
$15 office fee
$15 post-entry fee per horse for entries received after September 8, 2025.

Pre-Entries close Monday, September 8 and must include a legible copy of the Coggins. If time permits, entries will be accepted up until Friday, September 12 (with $15 late fee).
Phone and faxed entries are NOT accepted. Entries will NOT be accepted on the day of the show.

There is an additional fee of $25 for accounts not settled at the end of the show.
Show fees paid by cash or check only. Venmo and credit cards are NOT ACCEPTED at this show.

Schooling: Friday, 11:00am to 5:30 p.m., weather permitting, $30 per horse payable Friday. If you are not entered and just schooling, please bring a copy of your coggins and $30 schooling fee to the in gate.

Stalls: $50, no bedding, reserve in advance on your pre-entry, cancel by Noon, Thursday, September 11 to avoid being charged.
